David Abel is a partner in the transactional Real Estate team. He has extensive experience in a wide range of real estate work including investment sales and purchases, development transactions, joint venture projects and all aspects of landlord and tenant work. David’s major clients include M&G Real Estate and Sainsbury’s Supermarkets.

David is actively involved in various CSR initiatives including a mentoring scheme at the Bristol Cathedral Choir School (an Academy).

• Investment purchases of various shopping centers including the Gracechurch Shopping Centre in Sutton Coldfield and Fremlin Walk Shopping Centre in Maidstone.
• Investment purchases of various office buildings in the City of London including 108 Cannon Street and 55 Mansell Street.
• Investment purchase of a prime grade A office building at Hardman Square, Spinningfields, Manchester.
• Conditional purchase and forward funding of new office development in Reading and new leisure development in Telford.
• Tri-partite agreement for the phased development of a new retail scheme at Thanet incorporating a 75,000 sq ft supermarket.
• The acquisition, development, and letting of various supermarket sites.
